Circle is a workshop management tool designed to streamline your planning and execution. With Circle,
you can effortlessly create and customize schedules, adjust timeslots on the fly, and use the built-in
timer to stay on track during activities. Its automatic timezone adjustment ensures seamless
coordination, making it ideal for both in-person and remote workshops.
When you first open the tool, you'll see an intro overlay explaining its purpose. Click "Get
Started" to begin.
Viewing the Schedule
The main screen displays your workshop schedule
Each timeslot shows start time, duration, and description
The current timeslot is highlighted
A countdown timer for the current timeslot is displayed
Edit Mode
Click the pencil icon to enter edit mode. In edit mode, you can:
Change the workshop title
Adjust the start time of the workshop
Add new timeslots
Edit timeslot duration and description
Delete timeslots
Drag and drop to rearrange timeslots
Click 'Save' to exit edit mode and apply your changes.
Setting the Timezone
In Edit Mode, use the "Timezone" dropdown to select the appropriate timezone. The schedule will
automatically adjust to display times in the selected timezone, making it easier to run workshops
outside of your local timezone.
Using the Timer
Use the timer at the bottom of the screen to keep track of activities:
Click preset buttons (5, 10, 15, 20 min) to quickly set the timer
Use Start/Stop buttons to control the timer
Use +/- buttons to adjust time by 1 minute
Click the whistle button to play a sound
Sharing Your Schedule
To share your workshop schedule:
Set up your schedule as desired
Copy the URL from your browser's address bar
Share this URL with participants or co-facilitators
When they open the link, they'll see the same schedule adjusted to their local timezone.
